fear that the lack of sense of humor spread between the reactionary literature. I read the book, María Teresa Gómez Mont, Manuel Gómez Morin (1915-1939) (FCE, 2008) with high expectations, but only made me laugh on three occasions. Three times in a thousand pages is something adjacent to despair. It's something that should not be allowed ideologues such as the unintentional humor is the best and most effective way of spreading his ideas. That the entire book is summarized in six pages ("The personal baggage of Manuel Gómez Morin, pp. 764-769) is a bad joke. But only three times is achieved frank laughter makes one suspect in the decline of PAN prose. On page 86, where it is said that General Salvador Alvarado was accused of Bolshevik Bolshevik reports that a note is "synonymous with Russian used in Mexico with a contemptuous tone." On page 575, the Tecos, pride of the modern right wing, a symbol of defense to the "communism" Streets are considered a group "needed at the time" defense of the Autonomous University of Guadalajara, the glorious 1935, that "freedom" and "fascism" were synonymous. And finally, on page 883 states that Gómez Morin defended private property "so that the farmer owns the land they cultivated (that end and not another!). Gomez Morin considered as the executor of the ideals of Zapata is a good joke, but not worth the trouble to read the previous 882 pages.
